Troy Nielsen is a Self-Storage professional with a passion for drafting, design, and construction management. Having graduating from ITT with over 30 years of experience in the industry, making him a true expert in his field. Utilizing his creative and innovative approach, Troy is constantly striving to make a difference in each project he undertakes.

TATE NIELSEN, P.E.
CIVIL STRUCTURAL ENGINEER


Tate is a Project Engineer with a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Utah, specializing in structural engineering. He has experience across a wide range of projects, from small commercial buildings to multi-story facilities. His responsibilities include preparing structural calculations and construction documents for city approvals, ensuring full compliance with codes. Tate is involved in all phases of project development, collaborating with architects, owners, and designers to align structural design with project goals and site-specific conditions. He provides early design input to support safety, constructability, and cost-efficiency.

TAD NIELSEN
QUALITY CONTROL / DESIGN


Tad plays a key role in ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely acquisition of materials for project execution. He is responsible for overseeing the quality control of incoming project materials, managing and processing purchase orders and conducting thorough verification of materials and documentation to meet project specifications and standards.
