Lynn Barnett is a professional structural engineer with a masters degree in engineering from the University of Utah. Lynn supervises operations of Barnett Structures and designs of projects.

Troy Nielsen is a Self-Storage professional with a passion for drafting, design, and construction management. Having graduating from ITT with over 30 years of experience in the industry, making him a true expert in his field. Utilizing his creative and innovative approach, Troy is constantly striving to make a difference in each project he undertakes.

TATE NIELSEN, EIT
CIVIL ENGINEER / DESIGNER
Graduated from the University of Utah in Civil & Environmental Engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering. Tate is also an experienced draftsman and designer. Creates civil engineering design packages, required structural drawings and calculations necessary for city inspection.

TAD NIELSEN
QUALITY CONTROL / DESIGN
Tad plays a key role in ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely acquisition of materials for project execution. He is responsible for overseeing the quality control of incoming project materials, managing and processing purchase orders and conducting thorough verification of materials and documentation to meet project specifications and standards.
